HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After order completion you will receive a confirmation email. Based on your payment option, your order will be processed and you will receive information about your order via email or by phone. If you have selected card payment, your order will be accepted, processed and shipped once the card details have been approved and checked.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We accept any cancelation for any reason up to the moment your order has been processed and has been marked as such in your account information. Following this new status, you may no longer cancel the order, but you may return it. For our return policy, please check the section on Delivery and Returns.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE CASHED?

When you choose card payment, the payment takes place almost immediately and you will receive a confirmation email after all details have been approved.

When you choose payment on delivery (option available only in Romania), you will pay in cash once your receive the product from our partner Fan Courier.

ARE THERE ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WEBSITE IMAGES AND THE ACTUAL LOOK OF THE PIECE?

Yes, there can be differences between what the client sees on the website and the actual piece since the images are prototypes not actual pieces. Differences are almost invisible but can still be present.

CAN I ADD MY VIP DISCOUNT WITH THE SALE DISCOUNT?

Our discount policy is not cumulative. You can enjoy either the VIP discount or the sale discount.
