HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns Policy.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
When you choose to pay by WIRE transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
If you have paid by Paypal, then usually payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order once all details have been approved. When your payment is cash on delivery (only for Romania) you will pay when receiving your package and if you choose to pay by bank transfer/paypal, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
ARE THERE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN IMAGES DISPLAYED ON WEBSITE AND THE JEWELRY IN STORE?
Yes, there may be differences between what the customer sees on the website and the actual pice of jewelry because the images displayed aro only prototypes, not the real jewelry that is dependent on several other factors (customer size, design and request, material, etc)
The relevant currency is determined by your destination and your currency, but invoices and refunds will be done in EUROS. Invoices and refunds from Romania will be done in LEI.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We gladly accept product exchanges within 30 days of receipt, but we do not accept money exchanges. However we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been damaged, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use. All delivery costs will be supported by the client.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Please be aware that we can only exchange the item with another product of the same value. The delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we need to make it especially for you.
If the customer wants to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase. Malvensky is glad to offer complementary and free of charge services such as: replacing of the string& jewelry polish and repairment. However, all transportation fees are supported by the client.
